Here you will find the steps to follow in order to process a return and get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Process

You can return a product but it must be in the period of validity mentioned in our website. These are the steps to follow:

Access to your Order history.
Choose the order where you bought the product.
Choose and mark the product(s) you want to return.
In order to help you, please let us know the reason why you want to return the product.

Once the form is filled in, you must press “Make an RMA slip” button and we will get your request. This request is received in real time and we will authorize it once we have reviewed your case.

Before getting a refund, you will find different situations that will show you the status of the RMA. They are:

  • Waiting for confirmation.
  • Waiting for the package.
  • Package received.
  • Denied refund or refund accepted.
  • Refund processed.

Once the package is received and the return is accepted by our Return’s Department, we will credit the cost of the product.
